Again, you have to go back to the law to find a solution on these things. The law states a CLEAR SEPARATION between Church and Government.
On the other hand, a government is also a group made up of a number of indviduals with immortal souls: each with his own understanding, beliefs, and capacity to strengthen their faith and to love. Knowing this, we cannot fully blame the Government but Man.
Government was borne of man. Man is borne of individual faith. What we need in order to survive peacably is to love others more than ourselves.
